Katie was great! She went out of her way to make sure we would have a U-Haul one-way truck to rent. She was there promptly at 8:00 am for our pick-up. In-&-out very quickly!
I have had a storage unit here for a couple of years and always find the staff pleasant and helpful. They also have stone and mulch and I have purchased several truck loads and they drop it right where I want it even though the driveway they have to climb would qualify as a double black diamond ski run.
Terrible service, I tried to rent a Uhaul from this location after reserving it earlier in the week. I was assured they opened at 8, they overslept and were late. They also had no Uhauls at their location and did not bother to contact me and let me know. They wasted over an hour of my time on the day I was moving and were blamed it all on corporate Uhaul.
