Came To get a storage unit. Was expecting to just get a unit and a lock. However I didn’t just get a storage unit, I got service that exceeded any expectation I was expecting. Adam the assistant manager was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable as well as assisting with my needs. Most importantly he wasn’t a salesman he was very knowledgeable and honest which I really appreciated because that’s hard to find these days especially when just getting a storage. Thanks again so much Valley storage I will continue to refer people as soon as I get settled in with my move.
Tony is an excellent manager! He worked with us to get us exactly what we needed. The units are secure, clean and well maintained. Very grateful and will be coming back to Valley Storage for any future storage needs. Thank you!
Good place to store things. It’s always well kept and accessible, but also secure. It doesn’t have a bunch of meth heads breaking into units like I dealt with at the last place, which I appreciate. Don’t know his name but the guy that set me up was helpful.
Rented a parking spot for 2 years. Had zero issues. Premise was always clean and snow removal was prompt. Payment reminder was great. Would certainly use Valley Storage again.
