Love the car. Eric handling could not answer questions about the warranty. My question was what are the components of car that are covered and what components aren't. He was otherwise helpful and had me driving out in my new to me car. The person representing the financial aspect ,Sean, l have more of a problem with. Toyota television commercials state an interest of 2.99. He gave me an interest rate double that . He said he was giving me a good deal because l have excellent credit. When l pointed out that Toyota was advertising a different rate he said it was for a different model. I have called him 3 times and he has yet to return a phone call. So, no, not happy with with after sale experience

Everyone is so attentive to my needs and questions, and they never make me feel foolish for asking why, and how come, and how much does it cost. They all go above and beyond, especially Tony and Gina. Top of the crew in my book. They do what ever they can to make your service experience the best. I will say however, the chairs in the lounge right off the service area are too comfortable, I could fall asleep!!

I’ve always experienced top notch service from ORLEANS Toyota. Service reps - Gina and Nicole are professional, courteous, and honest. They are straight up with what’s going on with my vehicle and I never feel pressured to spend exhorbant amounts of $$. They will suggest upgrades but always leave the decision up to me. Toyota as a corporation has always been fair to me. And Orleans Toyota does take customer satisfaction seriously. Thank you!!!

I called Toyota this morning and asked to speak with Gina, the service representative, and she was busy with another customer but she called me right back. I told her my tire had picked up a nail, so she asked me to bring the car in for repair that afternoon. I arrived about 1:45 and was out in less than an hour. She was, as always, very courteous and helpful, and the mechanic did an excellent job. My experience couldn’t have been any better. Even if Question 1 passes, I will continue to bring my car to Toyota for maintenance and repair because I completely trust this service department and the service representative.

Orleans Toyota is the best! From the start Mackenzie was friendly with great customer service to start the ball rolling. I went to test drive a Toyota Camry. I was introduced to Scott who was very nice and made me feel comfortable with no pressure. He walked me through the process. Sean handled the financial part of the deal, which I was nervous about, he was very nice, helpful and knew his job as they all did. This was by far the best experience I have had with buying a car. Orleans Toyota I would recommend to anyone looking for a great car with great people. I am loving my new to me car! Thank you Orleans Toyota!
