Twice my 22 year old Volvo has arrived at Nauset Auto unceremoniously on the back of a tow truck. The first time was its first time there and I didn’t know what to expect. What I got was great service; Frank, who was wonderful on the phone and in person; and a bill that came in UNDER the estimate. The second experience was similar and the repair took less time than estimated. Having a car break down is not fun but Nauset Auto makes it as painless as possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I saw the review below from the lady who mentioned the mice and I found it very concerning - however, I had a fantastic experience at Nauset Auto. I called in the morning and they let me come in that same day to fix my Air Conditioning and my Air blower in my 2006 Subaru. I got there at 3:00 for my appointment (same day), and they replaced the blower motor and compressor while I waited, because the parts they needed were in stock next door at NAPA. My AC and Air were fixed by 4:15! Everyone was very kind and polite, and the price was fair. I will definitely be back!

Last day on vacation in Eastham. Late morning Friday my battery light started flashing. I was leaving Saturday at 4am, 6 hour drive and had to get family to the airport back home. Talk to Frank who was absolutely booked and closed Saturdays and Sundays, like most Cape auto repair during summer. As I was calling other shops, Frank actually called me back, knowing I was in a serious pinch. He told me to bring my vehicle by to make sure it was the alternator. He called me back at 4:15pm and said they are replacing the alternator and it will be done by 5pm. Everything worked out, they did an excellent job at a very fair price. I am completely grateful and would recommend Nauset Auto.nnChristian

I needed a battery replacement ASAP so I called around to a few shops nearby. They either wouldn't replace it or would but, for double what Nauset Auto Service offered to charge. The staff was so helpful and replaced my battery at closing time within 20 minutes. Highly recommend! Will go back for any future issues.

Nauset Auto has serviced our many Toyota vehicles over the past 30 or more years. The service is always top notch and very timely, and no work is ever done that is not necessary. They always give us a heads up for future appointments when more than routine oil change is due. From the front reception desk to the mechanics, we are always greeted in a friendly, but businesslike way.
