Having moved to Hampton Roads in July 2020 in the middle of a pandemic made finding the right gym a challenge. I’ve been a CrossFit’er for almost eight years, and understand the value of a good box. I found exactly that at CFT. My trial week was full of intentional coaching, clean/well taken care of equipment, smiles, and warm welcomes from the community. With showers on site and a wide variety of class times, it’s almost impossible not to make it to class. The new protocols followed for COVID are well placed, with 10’ squares and disinfectant to wipe down used equipment. Whether someone is new or a veteran, CrossFit Tidewater is an amazing gym to call home.

I started with CrossFit Tidewater since they opened. The coaches are amazing and knowledgeable. Their focus are proper forms and techniques; safety first. The members are so supportive of each other and no one is left behind. There is a great camaraderie atmosphere here. The gym (box) is clean and plentiful equipments. I walked into CrossFit not knowing a sole or what it was about and it was the best decision I've ever made. I have gained both confidence and strength.

If you are new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, this is the box for you! CFT provides a fun, exciting, open and a learning atmosphere for all type of athletes. They will accommodate anybody at any class. Drop-ins are welcomed and encouraged! They will challenge you and give you that extra push and motivation that you will need to get that PR you have been wanting. The coaches are outstanding and are there for you at any time and will answer all your questions. All the athletes give you that sense of family atmosphere and they want you to succeed at everything you do in and out of the box.nnSo, if you're in the area, drop in and give them a try. You won't regret it!

CrossFit Tidewater has a fun family atmosphere! All of the Coaches are amazing! They focus on proper form and technique to help make you the best athlete you can be. The facility & equipment is clean and organized.

CrossFit Tidewater is an amazing place! Everyone there is so supportive, and the coaches really work with you to help you reach your personal goals. The people there are like a second family. Give this place a try! You won't be sorry!
