I’ve been here a few times and I love the ginger lemonade and the lady is always nice and informative however I’ve read google reviews and I agree that they are never open by the hours that are posted It’s supposed to open at 9 per hours posted but here it is 9:50 and they are still not open, it’s disappointing because I’ve come on my only day off only for it to be closed which is why I only give 3 stars
Ok so I started going to the one next to planet fitness in Portsmouth and since the very first day I have been there everyday! I’ve had the burgers did a detox the waters the tummy slim water (lord knows I needed that one) the shots the ginger water with charcoal even the chocolate chip cookies carrot cake and ZUMBA to which i brought my 6 year old daughter and my 5 year old son and I can’t get enough I got out of gym late today and missed them and I almost cried! I simply love this place! I don’t know what the complaints about that the staff feels like family I sometimes just sit and watch tv there after a work out it’s healthy for the body spirit and mind staff is very informative and want you to meet your goals Sunshine never met me but answers the call for all my crazy requests I LOVE it here!!!!!
I place a online order try call to see what’s going on with my order one number I call they want answer the other is disconnected. I just want know when I’m receiving my order didn’t waste no time to take the money

Walked in her on a whim because I was getting my car worked on near by. The lady working (cant remember her name) was very informative on what the place is all about, especially their juice and smoothies. I love that the owner started this because her friend sadly past away of cancer and she wants to provide health benefitting drinks to the public. I got the juice for acne. Was quite yummy!! Will go again. Havent checked out the gym part yet but hope to one day.
