C-FIT is the best! I love the atmosphere at C-FIT – it’s a very friendly and comfortable place to be. They have great group classes for all levels as well as personal training. The staff is fun, energetic, personable and really great at what they do. I constantly recommend C-FIT to my friends and family. If you’re looking for a gym that you’ll want to go to everyday this is your place!
They have helped me with a specialized program that has enabled me to walk without a cane or Walker.
