Very clean
It was actually pleasant my first time there. I don't know how it always is, but it was calm there today. Everyone practiced social distance and kept equipment clean. No one gave dirty looks or make you feel uncomfortable. It was clean inside and not crowded at all.
I love planet fitness. I feel safe working out there. They keep the cleaning stations well stocked and for the most part everyone cleans there equipment when the are finished working out.
The trainer is the best! Has made me addicted to coming to the gym! If you have fitness goals and want to actually enjoy working out then come to this gym!
I was in the middle of a work routine. I move on to my next piece of equipment. The trainer stops me to tell me that they’re in the middle of a routine even though nobody is using the equipment. It is the only piece of equipment of that nature available. He does not do the appropriate thing and invite me to use it when it’s not being used. After I step away he allows a third individual to use that piece of equipment whom he is not working with. I also noticed him roll his eyes about the interaction he just had with me. He demonstrated a total lack of professionalism and disrespect towards a member that has been here since the club opened a little more than 4 years ago. This club has been on a downward trend since its initial opening and continues on that track.
