Great tender juicy brisket! It’s seasoned lightly and then smoked the entire time not just boiled gray and then smoked like a lot of “bbq” places do! The pulled pork is juicy, tender and full of flavor. I haven’t had the chicken yet because I just get what I love but I’d imagine it’s great too!nThe beans are excellent, they have just the right amount of sweet and heat that you know and love from baked beans.nThis truck could have a restaurant if he wanted, I’d imagine the only problem would be with keeping up with demand. If you find yourself headed down I-81 around mile151 and your in need for a great meal, go ahead and stop at Smokin’Q across the highway from Pilot.

Best BBQ around. This gentleman strives for perfection and his sides are just as good. I felt the prices were good as well. To top it off the owner is a great guy that you'll love to keep giving your business to. HIGHLY recommend

I had the brisket and the chicked qtrs. Good lord this is amazing. Best barbecue on the east coast. Sauce is on point too. I'll stop here even if I'm not hungry.

I ordered some ribs and baked beans and they were so delicious. It's right across the street from the truck stop if you don't want food from the truck stop. I definitively recommend stopping here for ribs!
