The ice skating rink itself is great. However, customer service is absolutely down the drain. I wouldn't even give it one star.. I spoke to Pess Croy, the manager, about a refund on ice skating tickets. She was no help. All she said is that it's quite unfortunate that I overpaid. Sadly I'm not sure if I'll be back again.
Went here for my friend's birthday for ice skating. The lights and music made it so much more fun! Though, I do wish the music was a bit louder; it was difficult to hear at times.
Perfect place for visit, especially in winter, you can do skiing ud83cudfbf here
Reservations needed, but very pleasantly uncrowded. It was a lovely evening.
The public ice skating rink was geest, although the ice after it's almost end of season was pretty rough.
