The young lady who helped me was amazing. Answered all my questions and made great suggestions. Then the cashier helped me save 20%. My first time there was a wonderful experience. Now my go to place for all my makeup needs.

Workers are always super friendly and helpful. Almost always can find what I need here at a good price.

This place is the WORST. Never enough cashiers, long waits, they give you issues when you try to return anything, and are just rude. Makes me want to completely switch to sephora.

So I went in here looking for a specific item. The staff helped me immediately assisted me. I loved that I didn't have to wonder the entire store that I'd never been to before. I was pressed for time as well so I loved the assistance ud83dude03

I could not purchase a gift. I went to this location and grabbed an item as a gift. I went to pay and was asked for my phone number. I knew I wouldn't be a regular customer so I asked to decline, I was told without it the item could not be returned even with a receipt. I then gave my number and it was listed as used by someone else. I've had the same number for 14 years. So then they needed all of my info for me to buy the item. Another employee walked up and said I needed to provide the phone number for the person I was buying it for as a gift in case they wanted to return it. I then asked if that person would be notified of the purchase, because it was a gift. The answer was no but my patience had worn thin and I left and purchased it elsewhere. The employees were nice but the stores purchase policy is unreasonable to me. I do not recommend shopping here.
