This review is about the awesome service, advice, and expertise of Ms. Pat @ the Portsmouth location....she was awesome! Not pushing, solid in her advice and suggestions, great listening hear and a warm personality. I am so happy with my selection, her advice, and her suggestions on how to pull things together. Lovely lady, loves what she is doing, and will not pressure you into buying anything you don't want! Wonderful experience.
Our saleswoman Pat was the Bomb. She was nice, knew all about the merchandise in the store and was very knowledgeable. Didn’t pressure me. Let me and my husband browse around the store and was there when we needed her. I will Definitely be back to purchase more furniture in the future. Chuck is also excellent. He has a warm personality and is always smiling and willing to help. If you want a great shopping experience, I recommend that you ask for these two.
Mrs. Jackie Davis is an excellent sales associate. She has the spirit of my mother in law, caring and very classy. I would definitely do business with Mrs. Jackie Davis again. She is easy to talk to, funny, and knows each what you want. Please come to Value City Chesapeake Square and see her!
