I had a great experience with Dave and Heather at Trans Tech. We had a tractor / trailer broke down in WVA. The plan was to have them tow to the dealer but they got on scene, took a look and had the parts to repair the truck on site. By being proactive, this saved us a good bit of money and it was much appreciated.
They are really professionals price is fair and the service was fast

So extremely grateful for the tow truck driver from Trans Tech. Amos was the man, our family broke down on 211 on our way back to our vacation destination. It was raining we were on a dangerous hill and a hose had busted in our van. We called Trans Tech not knowing the area and we got Amos, he was the nicest most patient person for our 5 children all awaiting in the car. He called another tow to assist whom was also very professional and great! They towed the car and drove all 7 of us in the big tow truck back to the shop. They also fixed the hose after closing time to help get us back on the road faster, since finding a rental was almost impossible after 4pm. This was not how we planned our last full day of vacation but I was so thankful for these two tow truck drivers Bradley and Amos, not many companies will do what they did.
