There were 3 young ladies working. They made two smoothies. One was strawberry. It was pink but tasted like iced water. The other tasted like frozen oranges. We were on the yr way back to work. Very, very disappointing experience. We will not go there again.

I came to this location yesterday (March 21, 2021) with my mom and we were not greeted upon entering the store. The cashier was not polite nor welcoming. I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order (receipt indicates Johnteja took my order). After I placed my order I noticed an off duty manager named Jasmine was in the food prep area with her mask down, not covering her nose or mouth. So, I asked her to cover her nose and mouth as she is in a food prep area. She did oblige, but only because she knew I would not let it go. My mom felt so unwelcome and that health codes were not being met that she did not order.nAs a manager she should be leading by example, whether on the clock or not. She should also be mindful of the perception she is giving off to customers. How often is she doing this? Who else is doing it and not being held accountable? I ordered a humus veggie wrap and it was also not made correctly.nI will not return to this location due to this. It is clear that management is not concerned with upholding health mandates and ensuring customers feel safe in how our food is being prepared and that customers feel welcomed in the establishment.

Usually I come to this location twice a week in the mornings and always satisfied. Today however, I was extremely disappointed. The wait was longer than normal which wasn't an issue, I ordered a Pomegranate Punch and a cajan shrimp wrap. When I got home which is exactly 5 minutes away, the wrap was cold, the rice was hard and there was literally 1 and a half shrimp in the whole wrap. I took pics because I couldn't believe it. I have called the store 3 times with no answer. Very unhappy customer
