The experience and the service was fantastic. They do take a 15% gratuity, but based on service I gave an additional 5%. The kids were running and playing and then eating. They have hand sanitizer stations spaced out through the eating area and I did not have any issues dealing with empty stations. The food was great (pizza) and fries. Love the place and service. Definitely great for special events! 4 stars due to the wait time on the kitchen staff. An hour for a BLT, we were luckily there for 3 hours. If they hire more kitchen staff or optimize the cooking equipment this could easily go to a 5-star review.

Fun place for children of all ages to play. They stop during day at 3pm to clean during pandemic. Very clean. Only one waitress working the day we want so service was slow bit we still got our food in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend to take your children if you are looking for a safe place to wear them out.

I gave it a 2 because my daughter said she had fun but I couldn't pay somebody to serve me food. When the waitress FINALLY came over to me she offered to bring me a menu and that took forever! Finally received the menu she left and never came back. They really lack organization. Everyone is all over the place just walking around seemingly not serving...Also, I paid $20 for my daughter to ride the bumper cars for 5 minutes and then run around...$20!!! Plus, it didn't seem clean...i could see employees through the window of the kitchen doors with no masks on....Just wasn't worth it. I won't be back

Attended a birthday party here with friends, the kids all really enjoyed it, and the employees put the extra effort in to routinely call a time out (like at the pool) to spray sanitize the equipment for the kids' safety.

We drove almost an hour to take my granddaughter because the website says open. We get there and they are closed at the Chesapeake location. There was no sign on the door that says anything about being closed or doesnt even have any hours. No one answers the calls , and doesn't have any recordings as to why they aren't open. Disgusting. Update the info on the website or have a recording saying they are closed. Poor way to run a buisness. The recording on the phone says they are busy or helping another customer which is a lie because they aren't even open.
