When you have rented there for four years and they make it diffulcult to switch units and prorate it. Big thumbs down. New employee was very polite. Manager or whoever she was ......rude. I had to wait while she was in a personal call. Done with this place
Picked up some items from an on line auction here without any problems
Very polite! Answered guestions! Kept very clean! Would get out there many times and do weeds! Spray! Overall very clean! I appreciate the whole experience! The only problem With had is they are not in other places:) Keep doing it right! Thank you!
A helpful and friendly staff works here, pleasant and ready to get you and your gear sorted away. Pricing is in line with other, similar, businesses. There is s secure gate system that restricts unauthorized vehicle access. Spiderman or some other flying creature may be able to get over the walls but I am sure that Advantage Self Storage has security cameras for that. A convenient and local operation, you can choose either climate-controlled (a bit more expensive) or regular, non-cc (less expensive) units. And by the way, you should not store non-canned foods here!
Advantage Storge exceeded my expectations!!! I was surprised how clean the climate controlled areas were... as well as the grounds. My experiences with Ashley and Lexi were always awesome. Every time I called... they always remembered me and made me feel as they knew exactly what I wanted and needed. My transition and move from across the state was stressful enough, and they went beyond the call of duty to accommodate our needs. The area is very well lite and made us feel that we and our items in all 4 storage areas were safe. I highly recommend this Storage facility. Thank you all at Chester Advantage Storage!!! KUDOS!!!
