Great place to rent a truck and fabulous employees

I came into the store and the guy behind the counter never even looked up from his phone. I stood there for about 5 minutes while he watched videos then I left. I'll take my business somewhere else
So, first of all manager ent me out in a trip to NC with a truck that had a check engine light on. I had to use gas and time to turn around to come back. Manager said he knew it was on. Some sensor. Looked up, it was something to do with gas, was going to use more gas. He said it’s fine. I said no it isn’t. Finally gave me a new truck. Called Corp today, told them what happened, she offered $30 for time, gas and stress, wow! I will never use them again.
