Staff was very friendly and had all paperwork ready for when I arrived. It made the process of renting a storage unit quick and painless.
That place has zero customer service. I was scheduled to pick up U-Haul truck there at 5 PM. I received a phone call from a rep who told me to arrive before 4 because they would close at 4 PM. She also told me to check in online, which I did. I arrived at that location at 3:40 PM, only to be met with attitude. I told her that the paperwork was already done, but she insisted that I call U-Haul and closed the door on me. The U-Haul rep informed me that she needed to do more paperwork to check the truck out. She told me that she closed. I needed the truck that evening to vacate my apartment. I would not recommend this place. They suck!
