We really enjoy the staff, the cleanliness, the newness and the convenience of AAAA Self Storage. I feel assured knowing that our belongings are safe and secure there. Everyone in the office is really nice and helpful. I can’t imagine renting a storage unit anywhere else in the area!

A few months ago I called AAAA Self Storage and Moving on County Drive to inquiry about the availability of a large storage unit for our upcoming move to VA. At the time, I had spoken to Ms. Brown who was professional and was even able to recommend a company that could assist us with unloading our household goods from our moving truck into the storage unit(s). When I arrived a few weeks later, she was just as professional and thorough explaining the price, applicable discounts, paperwork, fine print, etc. and was patient even with a few questions I still had the day we rented our unit(s).nnNote: For those completing their own (PCS) move and needing a weigh station to obtain before and after weight tickets, the location was ideal as it is conveniently located down the road from a gas station with a transportation/truck scale. They also offered military and AAA discounts for new customers (*at the time we rented our units).nnThe property felt secure and well maintained. I would use this location again and recommend it to others. Ms. Brown would be a significant contributing factor in my recommendation of this location. We experienced great customer service from start to finish!
