The ladies that run the Prince George facility are so nice and proffessional and accommodating. Very help and knowledgeable about the storage business. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Be very careful renting from these people the manager is nasty. They don’t understand life especially while moving things happens. If you rent a truck from these people and run into an issues where you are late returning. They will report the truck stolen. If the truck is not there by the close of business. Like most successful storage companies they have a drop box. I recommend take your money somewhere else in the area. They are just horrible. No one wants to go to jail for a Moving Truck. They are not understanding and will not work with you in no way shape or form. The owner is nasty too.
This is a very clean, neat, well organized, and secure storage facility. They even give you free use of a large truck for moving in. The staff is excellent - friendly, courteous, and efficient. They continuously upgrade, modernize, and repair their equipment and storage units. I have been a customer for I guess about seven or eight years in total. I highly recommend Advantage Self-Storage.
I'm glad that I ended up storing here. Really clean facility and super friendly staff. I had absolutely no issues during my time there and you can even pay online, which is extremely convenient for me. Highly recommend!
I store here every Summer when I go home for Christmas break at Virginia State University. Every time has been great. Great prices too! See you guys in the Summer!
