Wonderful potential. Horrifically managed and ran. They have terrible communication. Terrible organization skills. My experiences trying to take part in their sporting events has been nothing but highly disappointing. The have been cordial but very unprofessional. So much potential but so horribly ran. And it's the same complaint with everyone I talk to about Horizon's Edge.

Best place EVER for kiddos! They can have the time of their lives climbing until their hearts content! There's many other things to participate in at Horizons Edge, but the Clip 'N Climb is the big winner for us! I REALLY wish they would create membership options. We don't take the kids as often as we would like to because the cost adds up quickly ($12 per hour, per child). We'd definitely make it a 2-3 times a week activity if we had a membership option! ud83eudd70ud83eudd73ud83dude0e

I liked this gym. They have a nice snack bar that serves alcohol too. The bathrooms are very clean and so is the gym. The workers are very friendly. You have to wear a mask while in the building and they do check temperatures. Upstairs is a large sitting area. They also have rock climbing obstacle course.

My 1st visit it was under covid regulations so I didn't get to observe the environment this building seems like it would create on a tournament Saturday because of it. I like how the facilities are made. The parking canmot handle a big tournament it seems but any other time it seems like it'd be convenient. Basketball and football and baseball training and soccer field rental. This place is decent. Lobby will keep a non athletic kid interested as well.

First time coming there-we called ahead and asked what their rules and policy's were with corona. They gave us a run through and we got permission to bring ONLY our family there. We were to fill out a dash account for each member coming, and have it sorted by families OR email a list of all the names, sorted by families, and we did that. We had 12 kids climbing and 8adults/parents. We emailed the list of family over and reserved a time slot. We show up to have them tell us that only 10kids at a time and didn't allow all the children to climb because whoever promised us that we could all come in, had gone home for the day. The place is open until 10pm, but they kicked us out at 9pm. By the time everyone got situated, it was only 45minutes left of climbing. When the time is supposed to start after the safety video is watched. I am not happy with them. This is a fun place-but the coordination needs to greatly improve. I understand that with corona, there are alot of people on edge and alot of different understandings. But also once they asked us to put on our mask-they did not have all their staff with a mask on. If we are going to be fair-we need to be fair. Can't pick and choose who does what. Really a great place to be at and I wish the times were different. I just think if a staff member said we could come-they needed to honor their word.
