Loved the workout, the trainer, and the community. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming! And the trainers make it so that the workout is good for people at any level. Definitely recommend!
Stopped in while I was on vacation for a week. Hit the 5:30am class 3x while I was there. Athletes were welcoming, quiet, but welcoming..but who isn't quiet at 5:30am? Had three different coaches with three different styles and I appreciated the diversity. All three were attentive, encouraging and engaging. Athletes mirrored their Coaches. Thanks for the great week and I look forward to visiting again on future vacations out that way.

I travel a lot for work and drop into different gyms wherever I go. This place is one of the best I found. Great coaching, awesome community, clean floors and well maintained equipment. Highly recommend it if you’re interested in trying crossfit
CrossFit Harrisonburg has everything I need for my training. Great facility, happy, energetic and knowledgable coaches, and a wonderful community!
