VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Been waiting 3 days for call back!!!nHave a concern on TAXES prepared by Britton's back in October 2019. Carol prepared, but Kimberly signed!nUmmm? Appears to have several businesses under same roof...Not Sure if that's reason for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! However; I PAID them well and not getting response or service!!!nI really try to support BLACK Owned Local Businesses, but Always feel I'm taken advantage of!!!ud83dude22

Taxes done less than twenty minutes also offered free carwash. Reasonably priced professionally done left feeling taken care of.

My husband and I will never use this tax place again customer service suck was hung up on because I asked about my husbands stimulus check that was put in another account which turns out to be hers... I will be reporting her to irs and the news channel for fruad....

I called a week ago to schedule an appointment for today for 10:00 a.m.. I got to the location about 10 minutes early (I had parked around the corner so I could not see the front of the building). I had called prior to leaving my car, and it rang and rang til the voicemail message played. I got my 4 year old out of the car to go in, and the doors were locked, lights were off. Nobody was there. Google and their Voicemail statement states 9:00 a.m. timeframe to open. I waited for a few minutes in case perhaps they were running late for some reason. Called their phone again, no answer, checked the door one more time, still no one. What is the point of making appointment if you're not going to be there and if you were being late why not contact who you had an appointment with(I understand it's not practical if there is a major emergency). Two people should have been present. The receptionist and the accountant. Extremely poor business behavior. I will be looking elsewhere for an accountant to do my taxes.
