Horrible phone experience -on hold terminally, over 30 minutes on 2 occasions and when down to #1, wait time was another 10 minutes before I got frustrated and hung up. I truly believe the music and canned numbers are just to frustrate citizens so they hang up and no one in this city office has to actually work. I would venture to guess that any person in that office would expect to be treated more respectfully and in a much more timely manner were they to visit MY office and the proverbial shoe were on their foot.

Very rude service, the treasurer, is especially condescending. He refuses to even speak to you directly. His staff is just as rude as him. Awful small town, rude people.
