There is not a time in my working life of (21 years now) that I have felt so secure in doing my taxes than with Randy Sr. And Randy Jr at this location. They always make sure I have everything I need and try to help to make sure all things are done the right way. This is one of the best experiences from a business that I have had!!!! I'd give 5 more stars if I could!

Missing three tax returns. Offered Zero help on how to retrieve them from the employers. I wish I never went here honestly...literally. They had no explanation how an employer could take out an additional tax form on me without me knowing (Dominos) nor what I could do about it. Dominos DOES NOT have a corporate number. I emailed the owner of the franchise and she has NOT responded. I’m still missing two tax forms and these employers won’t help me get my forms. Got the same issue this year with the same employer. Dominos. They have offered ZERO help. Dude doesn’t know what form I even need to fill out to get me my missing tax forms. I am HIGH KEY disappointed.

I have been going to Liberty Tax for a number of years and they have always treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like I was their main focus. It usually takes some time for me to get my taxes done because of the different forms needed and they always has me coming out of their office with the best possible outcome.

I had a serious tax situation and couldn't find any tax offices to help me. I stumbled across Liberty Tax Suffolk and they were the only place open that could fit me in without an appointment. The customer service was outstanding and the tax preparer named Sharon was very knowledgeable and helpful. thank you Liberty Tax for all your help. Trust they are the best, if you have any problems, you should go see them.
