I have been going to this place for over 20 years because the food is straight up delicious. The Best in Petersburg. Their Shrimp Egg Foo Young, and their Happy Family, and Egg Rolls, and Rice Noodles are my favorite. For only two people working in there, I never had to wait too long, but I still call in my order right now because of COVID.
I have been getting food here for years. Today both orders (Gen Tsos & Orange Chicken) had chicken that was tough and did not taste fresh. I got the lunch special at around 2 pm and the meat tasted like it had been tossed in the two sauces but not cooked to order (not fresh). I spoke to the person that sold it tosto me and she insisted that it was fresh. Over 5 years, I have only patronized and recommended this business. Twice recently I have had this problem. I am VERY disappointed with the quality at this time.
I’ve been eating at T.O.C. for many years. The food is always hot and delicious. The best General Tso’s chicken in the state. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.
I believe they have the best Chinese food in the area. Very friendly and usually fast!
I've been coming here since college in early 2000s and the food quality has never wavered. They can sometimes be abrasive in the traditional no BS Asian way but usually you get great food and a smile. ud83dude42 Best Chinese around.
