Love this place we found it online while on our travels I wish we had a place like this in California the red stew sauce was fuego and so was the ox tail I highly recommend you put down the fast food and come here instead
Wanted to let my children experience real African food . food was hot and delicious. The kids enjoyed the fufu and agusi soap..the okra soup and the jollof ...we went back for more and now we eat there at least once a week...trying different dishes.
Absolutely delicious. I was craving fufu, googled african food in Richmond and this place popped up. I called ahead so my Fufu and Egusi would be ready when I got there. They still didn't cook it until I got there which annoyed me at first, but they allowed me sit to enjoy my food into closing time. They did not rush me to go and the food was worth the wait. Stay away from that Pineapple Ginger drink lmao. The ginger kick is no joke. Just go with the mango carrot lol. My annoyance went away quickly there. I will be back to try other fufu and soups.

Really great place to eat. The food is great. Ensure that you call in advance because the food is made to after you order. It's all fresh.
