Great place to enter the river trail maintained by FOLAR (Friends of the Lower Appomattox River)! Beautiful scenery, great fishing spots and very relaxing in a mostly quiet atmosphere. Take your bike and double the pleasure!
Why don't whose ever charge put a larger trash bin in area where the walk over Bridges are, that section is at the end of West St., other than all the trash it is a nice area fishing or hiking, like any habitat like this watch out for snakes.
