Kenny's Auto Mart

I recently bought a truck from Kenny, a month after owning it, it had a air bag malfunction which made the seatbelt retract. Since I bought the truck used, I just figured it was my problem now, so I stopped in at Joe Bowman and they were not very willing to help me, I was just told by them how much it was going to cost to fix. I called Kenny back to see what to do, he just told me to drop it off at his lot and he would take care of it, and take care of it he did. I have never experienced such tremendous customer service. My next vehicle purchase will be from Kenny's Auto Mart.

I am very lucky to still be alive and typing this review. They had the truck i have been looking for and it WAS very nice. I was driving it home on 81 not even 60 miles away from the dealers lot and it started shaking violently and before i knew it the left front tire blew up and caused the truck to pull hard to the left and go into the median and almost hit oncoming traffic. It was a very scary situation lives could have been lost! I was very lucky there was just grass and no guard rail or the truck would have been totaled. All 6 tires were dry rotted and the truck had went through a so called Virginia inspection. So now after paying top dollar, over 20 thousand dollars for an f-350 i have to buy a fender, turn signal, marker light, a new rim, abs wire, plastic inner fender, and 6 tires to have piece of mind and the door had also got scratched up and dented. The truck will never be the same. I plan on using the truck to pull a trailer so at least it happened the first day i got it and not when i was hauling over 15 thousand pounds on the highway. So be sure to check the tires out before heading out on the road. TIRE SHINE DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE SAFE. And not to mention come to find out the truck leaks rain water inside the cab on the right side, the alignment is off, and at highway speeds when you hit the brakes it shakes up front very bad. I will never buy a truck from these crooks again. Typical dealer just trying to sell someones junk they had got rid of.

Kenny’s had a very nice used truck at a very reasonable price. Very easy to work with!

Trucks may be a little on the high side but I've noticed that all trucks are serviced properly before a sale. All faults are fixed issues addressed. Buy with confidence
