Exceptional customer service!!! From start to finish the process of accepting my online offer was so fast and easy.( offer was more than I had hoped for:) I worked with David and Emily at this store, they both were so friendly and helpful, they made the this whole experience a positive one. I will definitely use CarMax for my vehicle purchases or sales in the future.

Our experience was good overall, our salesperson Natalie Smith was very attentive and wonderful. I am disappointed that the car report did not mention two pretty deep, small scratches on the exterior of the vehicle, I thought the report was supposed to cover everything that's wrong with the car. We did not see the scratches until we got home and at that time it was too late to do anything about it, it's our word against theirs...

They were nice. We sold our car. It wasn't in the best shape but they gave us a good amount for it. Also made it super easy. Only thing they didnt tell us the check was deposit only.

Such a wonderful experience from our first phone call about a vehicle we saw on their website through driving off the lot with our new vehicle! We were able to complete a trade in assessment and we were very satisfied with their trade in offer. There was no pressuring us into purchasing a vehicle. Dave Eagle was our salesman and he had such outstanding customer service! Took the time to make sure we understood every aspect of purchasing our vehicle. Such a smooth process. We were extremely satisfied and will recommend CarMax to anyone looking did a vehicle!
