While I didn't leave here with a car I had a good experience. To be fair I didn't go here with intention of driving away in a new car, just comparing.nnRegardless, lots of cars to choose from on the lot. Karim was very knowledgeable about all of them and upfront about any issues any of them had. He's very business oriented and willing to work with you to put together a deal.
I had an excellent experience with them, got 01 Subaru with good miles- for an excellent price. It runs great. You can trust these guys, they are always ready to help anyone/ everyone. I will surely purchase from this dealer again and refer family and friends
I bought a low mileage PT Cruiser a month ago from here and got a great deal. The car had a few cosmetic flaws that I knew about up front, but I was looking for a reliable car at a good price and that is what I got. The car was well maintained, clean and runs great. The salesman took very good care of me and had one of their lot men follow me to the rental car office to return my rental car and bring me back to pick up the car I purchased. Dealer was very pleasant and took care of a few minor things for me. The lot is small but is packed with a great selection of cars in all price ranges. My only issue was that it would have been nice if the car had a little more gas in the tank.
I recently purchased a vehicle at Harrisonburg Auto Wholesale 3 months ago and wanted to wait it out a bit to see how the vehicle did. My buying experience was a disaster - when we first got there the vehicle was not in running condition and we were not able to test drive it. After looking it over I made a list of items I would like addressed, and was promised they would be fixed; many of them were not. The titling work was not done appropriately on the dealerships end (no signature) and he left some equipment in the vehicle and implied I was responsible (I mailed it back to him on good faith and did receive a check to cover the cost).nTHEN - I took it to a friends auto shop because the breaks were acting up. Came out with a $1600 bill including an AC kit and an ABS module. Also there was a leak in the exhaust that needed fixed. I needed two new tires (I had asked him to change the right front tire and he just flipped it with the left front one - again my ignorance in not checking both).nnAfter all the work that has been put into it, I would not buy from them again. I wish I would have found a trustworthy auto shop to take it to for a second opinion before buying.
I was looking for a car about 5 or so years went there and car was great and time to change up went back and got anther just a few weeks ago and it's perfect for what I needed it for great price and not a problem at all I would always go here for all my motor needs Looking for a car? Go there.
