Slowest Starbucks ever. By the time I got my coffee 20-30 minutes later.... it was lukewarm. I said, I didn't want the coffee... I'd like my money back.... the man who gave me the coffee said okay no problem. I left the coffee and got coffee at 7-Eleven in 2 minutes.nnMy refund didn't show on my checking account. I called and spoke to the lady manager ...she said she could not issue a refund unless I was there in person.... I was 45 minutes up the road. Stole My Money
These guys are amazing!!! Always friendly and happy, even though its so early!! Thank you, again!! And shout out to Jacob, the coffee is always the best!!
Had complicated order thanks to teens trying tiktok drinks. The gentleman running the register was so patient and polite. Great service and drinks were great. Way better than when we order at the Starbucks closest to us on 33.
5 Stars!! What can I say?!! In the past 3 weeks, we drove from VA across the country to UT and back and spouse and I are very BIG dedicated Starbucks coffee drinkers. Every Starbucks barista had a smile, every one of the Starbucks were well staffed to handle the crowd during peak hours. Every Starbucks was very clean. This Starbucks (in Harrisburg, VA) was no different. Professional, courteous and friendly. Thank-you for making our trip that much better!!
Very rude i called they picked up the phone and just sat it down they wasnt open when the sign on the door clearly had the hours. I will never come here again.
