My family and I enjoy the YMCA. My family utilizes the facilities almost daily. We take advantage of the swimming, H2O Pump, Gear Cycle, and the swim lessons for children-The front desk staff goes out of their way to be helpful and the Aqustics Director does too. The Gear Cycle instructor and the H2O Pump instructors put their heart and soul into their classes. My children love their swim instructor and have become better swimmers than their parents with regard to stroke proficiency. I have recommended the YMCA Petersburg to several people in Prince George . Keep up the good work!
I love the classes and the family vibe I get from the staff! I also love how well everything is spaced apart and the Covid safety procedures that are put into place! Also, I love being able to bring my teenager and knowing she’s safe while I workout!
I have been going to the Petersburg Family YMCA for a week and love it. I feel comfortable, which is saying a lot. James, who works at the YMCA, set me up with ActivTrax and helped me get started. Everyone there has been very helpful and friendly. I can't say enough great about them.
