I will say that the receptionist here is not very friendly and rude. But I cannot say the same for my social worker Pam, she was VERY helpful from the first time I called about an insurance issue and explained thoroughly what I needed to do on my part. She even helped when I could not get through to Medicaid with what I needed done! I cannot be more grateful for Ms. Pam and she has made this transition so easy for me! 0 stars for receptionist! All five stars for Ms. Pam! :)

Family of 6 with 1 person supporting they family doesn't qualify for anything but a family of 2 making 400 a week in tips on top of 10 hour paycheck full time does. Her tips do get reported. I bring in less and work myself to death with no tips. Something seems strange. One worker will tell you to do this and they next one won't. Either some aren't doing their jobs or their crooked. I guess I should find a job with just tips so I can get help. Can't depend on unemployment in Virginia!

If you get Debbie Franklin or Nancy Rivera as your case worker, close your case and reopen it you can get another case worker. Debbie is rude and unprofessional, Nancy is also rude, unprofessional and on top of that is a liar. A few years ago when I was not a citizen and only had a green card, she told me that I cannot get a Medicaid because I’m not a citizen. She also lied and told me that if my 1 year old son doesn’t get vaccines I will get my food stamps taken away. I don’t know how she still have the job when she is so unprofessional and a liar ud83eudd26ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f
