My heart hurts today after my parents told me how cruel the lady that works there doing the passports treated them. The lady was very disrespectful and nasty to them (an older couple) for trying to get their son’s passport. The lady is the one that seats right when you go in. They had all needed to be able to have the process done. They took the application completed, the passport pictures, and money order for the fee. She was being very disgusting to them as if they were not human beings. My step-father tried to use a pen to write something on the paper and she took it from his hand in a very disrespectful manner and sanitized the pen as if he had some sort of desease or something. She was yelling at them despite having a bilingual interpreter with them to help them as they speak limited English. She was finding any excuse to not help them get the process completed. I find it very cruel and inhumane that someone who is there to provide a service for the community can act and project so much hate to someone she does not know and has not done anything to them but asked for a PAID service. I feel this person should not work there because it really shows she is not there to help the people. I hope that someone is able to read this and do something as there will always be a need for this service and having someone like this can create a very bad unforgettable experience.nThis incident happened today 06/26/2019 at around

They are quick and efficient. I had no issues when I asked directions after getting turned around, the receptionist was friendly. I got in and out in just five minutes!

Just got our marriage license today! The ladies at the desk were so sweet, and everyone there is so kind!

The passport people and other employees took extra time today to help us submit paper work. Several lovely people helped our three young kids wait patiently. I am so grateful for their compassion, their williness to help us even though it inconveninced their day and their professionalism. Thank you all for going above and beyond!!
