Had a really good work environment. The farm next door was unbearable at times. Learned a lot made a friend or three. I would go back if it were closer. Love the SDV AND the history around VA.
A very nice family atmosphere. The pay is up to industry standards, but the benefits haven't made it yet. If you go to the Dr a lot, it might be worth it, but if you only go a couple times a year, it's just throwing money away to pay for the insurance. They really take care of their employees, especially around Christmas. The work/home life balance can't be matched. OT not required, and for the most part there is only 1 shift, days, M-F. Definitely a great place to work.
