Left to funeral in California. Let Nikki and Mike know by email. We had a person left to look after our belongings. Well njkki at spring garden was told by some people they bought our 2006 33ft camper was sold them for 750??? Written on a cafe receipt. They transferred our contract to these unknown people who squared in our home upon our return from California? We paid our lot space thru Aug 2019 they still yet have had the unknowns removed from our camper. Posted a five notice to vacate and have not I forced to date ..fraud
A dump. Too expensive. Lots of drug dealers and alcoholics running around through there all hours of the day and night 24/7/365! Dangerous. No maintenance. Turn off water or electric service at weird times for hours, as always getting broken sewer lines etc. Can't put anything outside you don't want stolen, right down to your doormat or even a concrete block or post for decor. Constantly raising rent etc. Stayed there with significant other in his RV for around 12 years, but finally got him to move to my property in the country. Sooo nice now. No more idiots blasting music all hours outside our windows. I can finally sleep!! Need I say more?
This is a great RV park. Very people and family friendly. Nikki Hanson the RV park manager is kind, courtious, and respectful. I would secommend the place for sure .
Second Time here, Friendly Management remembered who I was. Many improvements to grounds and facilities. Best Campground Rates Around.
They need to put lights in the entrance because at night you can not see where to enter.
