I've eaten here a few times because I wanted to support local businesses. However the food has never been very good. Nobody behind the counter has hair nets, gloves or masks. The manager Kim is very vulgar and rude. I recently had an issue where my wife had a hair in her food, the first manager was very apologetic and offered to refund or replace it. It turned out that my payment had not gone through so I offered to pay for my meal. He said it was on the house don't worry about it and said he would make it right next time I ordered.nI called in to order giving them a second chance and the manager Kim was very rude, accused me of trying to skip out on paying and demanded I come back to fix my error.nI will not be supporting them anymore.

First and last time I will order here. I ordered hibachi shrimp (cost was almost $15.00), I went straight home and mind you I live less than two miles away, my rice was cold they forgot the shrimp and only gave me veggies (mostly broccoli that was under cooked)nI had to call 6 times before someone answered the phone ,I was told if I could come back they would get me my shrimp(they gave me about 8) did not offer a discount, refund or extra shrimp. And the teriyaki sauce tastes like teriyaki glaze watered down and thind with a ton of soy sauce, so salty it was inediblenThis is the worst hibachi I have ever had and I will not be back, I would rather waste the gas and go to chester .

Not quite the same as tableside hibachi but definitely will be a good fix when you want some hibachi but don’t want to spend $100.
