I dearly with an associate name Anna, very nice lady. But the entire process felt rushed and this was the lowest tax return I’ve ever received. After refilling my taxes I saw that missed out on 2000 dollars. Never again will I use H and R Block.

The contacting me, the reminders, the text messages and emails. Even the office people the receptionist and all the office staff. Have great customer service. The snacks the coffee not this year but previously. Thanks to Mrs Shemikka Russell Love her and her professionalism is A1 a lot ot of Tax info and she always educates me on new Tax rules and Regulations.
