Everyone loves a company when they do a great job. But what if they cannot?nnI needed a plumbing repair. Gary Keener was sent to my house within two hours. Sadly, Borum was unable to make the repair since they didn’t have the rarely used piece of equipment in their inventory.nnThe tech was polite, professional, and did everything he could despite not having the tool he needed. And then didn’t charge me for trying. He recommended several of his competitors whom he knew could make the repair.nnAnd if this wasn’t enough, the main office called back the next morning to make sure I was going to get the help I needed.nnWe live in a world where service is a lost art. Not at Borum’s.

We needed to replace our 16 or 17 year old heat pump. We were given options and made an informed decision. The staff were helpful, friendly, and punctual. We needed assistance with the new thermostat and Tim returned and stayed later than regular hours to re-test it and make sure it was set and functioning correctly. Awesome work!

Called for immediate service explained I was disabled with a family of 8 and needed help fixing hot water heater and previous plumbing fixed from another plumber.Tech came next evening! Looked at everything told us he would get a quote and let us know.He was so worried about our children for having water,he called Sherriff dept for well check.They came looked at everyone and asked why they were there.We had plenty water on hand for drinking and keeping Hygiene 100%.Called talked to a manager next day he said would think that a father would want someone worried about his children.Next he told me he had called previous plumber who didnt fix leaks,and found out we had stopped payment on them.Did not have a estimate for fixing anything told me tech was uneasy at our home.Good luck is what he told me as he hung up phone.nWe called to get issues fixed !

Excellent service, needed my AC looked at through my Home Warranty company. Home Warranty was only able to set up an appointing 3 days ours. I called the company and they worked in a fix that day. Great customer service with both Stephanie and in the office and the tech that came to my house. Will call again when service is needed.
