Tim has been fantastic to deal with. We've had him out on several occasions now to take care of some projects for us. He is reasonably priced, easy to deal with, on time and always works us into his schedule quickly. He installed a generator switch for us, ceiling fans with lights and switches in our kids rooms and put in outlets and fans in our 3rd floor that we are finishing. I would highly recommend Xpect.

We were quoted $375 for 3 hours work, $475 for 4 hours work. The work was barely 2 hours and he charged us $450. I DID complain but after watching him punch buttons on his phone for 3 minutes, I wrote the check for $450 and told him I was disappointed. He said he was going to change the amount - so why do I have to stand around waiting - just tell me the new amount. On a positive note, he showed up on time and my husband is happy with the replaced wiring.

Had a great experience with Tim at Xpect Electric. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. Showed up on time, was fairly priced, and did great work. Will definitely work with Xpect Electric again.
