I decided to give this location another try. Ordered food online and was given a pickup time of 1904. It's now 1923 and the food is still not ready. Jen, the woman working there, said she was busy and still had not started my order when I arrived on time.nWhat is the purpose of ordering online, ahead of time? Further more, what's the purpose of giving customers a pick up time if my order won't be ready when I get there?nMy last review complained about the same thing.. looks like nothing has changed. Oh.. it's now 1926 and my order is STILL not ready.nThanks Subway for helping me to not eat fast food.
