Great service! I was locked out of my Range Rover and lost the metal key to get in, and the FOB got wet so was not working. I called the dealership and they told me it could cost a few THOUSAND dollars to get in without the metal key because they may damage my vehicle to gain access. Seemed ridiculous coming from the dealership. I called Waldo Smith instead and they set me up to have someone come to my house. Nick came out to Raleigh and got into my vehicle and programmed new FOBS within 5 minutes, then quickly cut me new metal keys incase the battery ever died. I paid well under what the dealership quoted me and got 10,000% better service. I would HIGHLY recommend using this service!

I originally went to get a spare key with chip for my Chevy Silverado. Customer service was outstanding. After she programmed the key for me she mentioned that they could get and program a keyless entry fob for me. The truck was sold originally without keyless entry. I told her to check on it and let me know cost. I was sure it would be $350 to $400 as the Chevy dealers had quoted. They also said it would take several hours to update the onboard computer to work the keyless entry. Waldo Smith Lockmith called me later and told me $80 plus tax. I came in on Monday and it was programmed in less than 1 minute. I highly recommend Waldo Smith Locksmith for value and honesty.
Got me going with a new key within a hour and I was rolling again. Awesome staff, receptionist answered all my questions. I will be back. Recommend 10/10
