Great business and friendly staff! Was able to call, confirm they had key, and had it made and out the door all within an hour, for under half the price of dealership! Highly Recommend!!!
FABULOUS job done by great professional locksmiths. Well worth the money in every way! Installed new deadbolts, locking door knobs, rekeyed doors lock, made two new car keys plus remotes. Five star in every way. You'll be satisfied just like we were for sure!
Barry Wilson and David Geimecke were both wonderful people that got my car rekeyed in a timely manner, upheld the most significant professionalism I’ve seen in years, and easily worked through the particular problems I had at the time. Initially placed an order online and noticed on receipt that delivery (to GA) appeared missing.nCalled to confirm the order would be shipped and while I was on hold got a call from Max to check in on same. That's right, Max noticed a potential problem with an online order and called me in the next 10 minutes. Outstanding! Turns out that in addition to the shipping issue the part I needed was problematic to obtain (which was why I had to find it from so far away from GA). Max spoke with my by phone 4 more times throughout the day, found the part, and had it shipped to me.nGreat experience!
These guys are are top notch and honest. My key fob wouldn't work, so I changed the battery but it still didn't work. I called the dealership to see how much it would cost to fix my fob. $130 just for diagnostics and $360 to replace. I called David at American Lock key and asked how much it would cost to replace. He told me $190 but to bring it in because it may not need to be replaced. So I did. and what do you know??? I had the battery upside down. David could have made up all kinds of reason why to charge me, but he didn't! Instead he turned the battery over and gifted me his time and expertise. I know darn well if I had taken it to the dealership they would have turned the battery over and charged me $130. Thank you David for your kindness
