CrossFit Bourne has changed my life and I will always be grateful for the opportunity to work out with such a great group of people and trainers. We all work on a common goal and there are zero judgments. Love this place!

I weighed nearly 290 lbs. at the end of January. I lost some weight on my own, but really wanted to be pushed. I could not have chosen a better place. Bourne Crossfit is awesome. I started slow like many, but I am progressing quickly. I have never lifted weights in my life and I’m 45 years old. Don’t just think about it, do it! You won’t regret it. If you do the meal plan you’ll lose weight and gain muscle. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been in my life and I’ve only been attending four months!

I started going to Crossfit Bourne almost 4 months ago. I absolutely cannot say enough how amazing this place is. I saw an ad for their 6 week challenge on Facebook and decided to check it out. I was nervous at first actually sign up for CrossFit but I am glad I did. After my 6 week challenge I was so satisfied with the results not just physically but mentally. I ended up signed up for a monthly membership. Everyone here are so helpful and supportive. I never once have felt intimidated during a workout. The coaches have helped so much to accommodate the workout and modify things if you need to. I highly recommend this gym. You won’t be disappointed.

Great to be Back, after being out for 5 months with a Meniscus Tear. Awesome place for workout, great staff & a great group of people in each class. It's the type of workout you workout as a group; sometimes the instructor will also workout with the Class. They start you off with a 6 week challenge; to see if this is the right workout for you. During the 6 week challenge a lot of people lose 5, 15 to 20 pounds in that short of time. A lot sign up for a monthly membership. In a year that I have been a member in December I would encourage people to do the 6 week challenge. And come and join the fun.nBourne Crossfit RocksnDeb d'Entremont
