Customer service was very good but I am not happy with my tires. I do not feel , they are of very good quality! They are incredibly noisy which they said they wouldn’t be!! I have had them less then a year and they would not hold the correct tire pressure since the beginning. When I took my car back to H&J tires they where nice and fixed the problem but charged me $20 per tire for something they should have had right the first time. Claimed they resealed the beads. We will see how long that lasts! Next time I need tires I will shop around and hope to find a shop that will not charge for service on a bad product that where sold to me. It is a shame because I really like supporting local businesses but I feel like I was totally ripped off.

I was driving from MA to GA and stopped for gas near Lexington, VA at 7pm. I noticed I had a screw stuck in my back tire. Had to spend the night at a hotel. First thing next morning, I headed to h&j and told them I needed a tire patched right away so I could get back on the road. They got somebody on it right away and patched it up quickly. Their service and price was outstanding and I made it back to GA that day. I was in a pinch, and j&h came through big time. I definitely got the sense that the kind and courteous folks there know how to run a business right! Highly recommend!

They do a good job for oil changes and tires. But they don't take appointments. You have to drop off first thing in the morning or they won't guarantee they can get to you. No walk-ins after 9 am, generally. It would be so much easier if you could make an appointment.

Really great people, very nice and they will do their best for you. They don't overcharge or oversell, just fix your car as quickly as possible and they do a great job.

Charged me 80$ to mount and balance my own tires without telling me th cost I would give negative 5 starts if it was available I will never go here again
