Well what can I say I love this restaurantnButnThey messed 3 subsnI called and told themnI was told they would replace them but only 1 was replacednI recommend.nIf you call in an ordernAnd take them home to eat...nCheck them first before returning homenThey have made mistakes at this store beforenI do love subwaynBut I'm kinda turned off to the Rocky mount store at this timenThe staff are great and work hard. But I cant handle a manager that's hateful

Go to the Bassett Subway, Collinsville store is a lost cause. Service was horrible the poor girl had the personality of a stump. The tables are always dirty, and the poor guy behind us was fussed at by all 3 employeesnI told my husband we needed to go before I shot of my mouth and said something really bad. Don't even complain to the manager because one of the ladies was the manager.

Everything was fresh. I really liked the employees. I got a chicken teriyaki sub and it was delicious.
