The person that answered the phone was polite and answered every one of my questions gave me a timeline how it would go once the money was paid I was very happy with the services

I would give more starts, but it’s been 3 months since filing for my divorce and I can’t even get them on the phone to ask any type of questions. At first everything was great, super fast service and nice people, but now that COVID has hit I can’t get any of my questions answered. Their website has a ton of info, but I’d just like to know if they’ve received my paper work and how long they think it’ll take. Every time I call it’s just a voice automated message that tells me to look at the website, which like I stated before, doesn’t help or have the answers to my questions.

I would recommend to anyone. The biggest plus for me was that all communication was done via email and USPS. As someone who works the same hours as most attorneys’ offices, it was a huge relief to not have to find the time to make a call or a visit. They’re efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly nice. Katrina specifically has been a pleasure to work with (and she tirelessly answers my many ridiculous questions). God forbid I ever get divorced again, but if I do I know who to contact!
