Currently been sitting in drive through for 20+ mins and there is still 2 cars ahead of me. This is insane.
I gave them five star rating because of the Improvement in care and pleasantness that I have been shown for a few months now and I am very grateful. Tough job. I would guess a lot of cranky customers.
By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I only have issues here, it always takes at least 3 days for me to get my prescriptions. They say my insurance won’t cover it or my doctor didn’t give authorization but once I switched pharmacies I never had another issue. It really feels like they intentionally try to make things difficult and stressful. This pharmacy genuinely does not care about people.
Photo lab need a new scanner. This one sucks and takes for ever. Has to warm up every time. Takes way to long to copy photo. It is a dinosaur
I've never dealt with a more incompetent pharmacy in my life. So far I've waited three days for them to refill my prescription, with them falsely saying my doctor denied a refill request. This despite the fact that my doctor immediately authorized a refill. Apparently I can't get an emergency refill, either. Now I have to wait for my doctor to contact them, if they manage to pick up the phone.nnDon't bother calling this CVS. I've called several times. The past three times I've had to wait about 15 minutes until someone picked up. Needless to say, the pharmacy staff aren't helpful. While checking on my refill, I was even told by one of them that my name isn't in the system.nnBottom line, if you're thinking about going here for a prescription, go to a different pharmacy.
