Stay went well, friendly staff, great rooms, amazing location.nnUnfortunately I left a headphone in the room and numerous phone calls and voicemails went unreturned. When I called from my phone number, I would never connect. When I called from a different number, they would pick up earlier.
Beautiful hotel with an excellent location. Room was clean and the front desk staff was accommodating.
I will definitely be returning to the Gin hotel. There are not many places I can say I have been to where the service has been outstanding from the second I checked in at the front desk to the moment I checked out. The food and beverage team at this hotel is also amazing, they are there to help you choose your entree and help you get a beverage that goes with it. During these trying times I think I should also mention that I really appreciate how clean everything was and how hard everybody work to make me feel safe. I cannot wait to see this entire team again.
From the front desk to every detail in the room, The Gin was excellent. Wonderfully located in downtown Lexington with all the history surrounding it.
Little gem of a hotel not far from I-81. Clean, modern updated rooms. My only complaint was the towels were pretty rough. I'd definitely stay there again
